PRIVATE MENTORING

With twenty years' experience as a fiction editor for various major London publishers, as well as four novels published by Picador and a non-fiction memoir, Charlotte is uniquely in demand for her one-to-one help for authors at every stage of writing a novel. She works primarily with experienced non-fiction writers and journalists struggling with their first novel, and her help varies from discussing possible themes to in-depth structural editing, from regular morale-boosting meetings to giving advice about agents and publication.  She has worked with debut writers, well-known journalists and famous authors, and can offer a completely personalised programme wholly based on the tutee's requirements. She also can help structure non-fiction, from memoirs to biography and history.

Charlotte has a long waiting list but occasionally has space for a new mentee; please contact her for more information
